Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook until it turns brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
