As we face challenges in our lives or recover from trauma we all need a hand to hold along the path to healing! This was a beautiful moment I got to witness as my Aunt Linda helped my grandmother into a chair and sat by her holding her hand and rubbing her back. My grandmother fell today trying to step out of the way so another lady would not be thrown off balance and fall. She has a subdermal hematoma and was transported to the hospital in Macon this afternoon. She is in ICU, please send your love and prayers and healing energy to her and our family as we are in a time of deep healing. Oddly enough this may have drawn attention to a pre-existing injury from a fall she had several weeks ago #prayers #slowdown #caregiverarchetype (at Dorminy Medical Center)

Immensely grateful for the creative desire for my existence.
