First time to head out to DFW in the middle of the night to try some night photography. This was this past weekend to catch the departure of CargoLogicAir 602, G-CLBA, a Boeing 747-400ERF, to Frankfurt. CargoLogicAIr has four Boeing 747 freighters- one 747-400F, two 747-400ERF, and one 747-8F. The airline was established in March 2015 as a charter cargo service with receipt of its first aircraft, the sole 747-400F. They began scheduled cargo services with AirBridgeCargo through an ACMI (aircraft, crew maintenance, insurance) wet lease in February 2016. This particular aircraft, G-CLBA, was originally delivered to Air France Cargo in March 2004 as a lease from ILFC. It was then leased to Centurion Air Cargo and flew in their colors November 2013-December 2016.
