Gray Day
Lacey watched as her books finished arranging themselves on the shelves over her bed. They aligned themselves perfectly, alphabetically by subject, as she tapped her wand. Sighing, she wondered to herself what she was going to do with this room now that the entire wall was covered in a foot deep of shelving, and all of that filled with her books. She'd barely left enough room for her bed and enough space for her to sit up in it. Not to mention the bookshelf by the window.
Lacey sighed and snatched up the book she was reading off the bed, sweeping out of the room and closing and locking the door with a flick of her wand behind her. Heading down into the common room, she looked around for a good chair. Rolling her eyes at the lack of what she considered a good reading chair, she conjured her own against a lonely corner. Soft gray fabric, deep set seat, and a slight curve to the back. Perfection. Settling herself in it and smoothing down her skirt, she decided to watch the room before she actually started reading. Might as well see what everyone was scurrying about to before classes started.
