Hey guys. I’m not proud to admit this but I need help. This week the transmission of my car gave out and I absolutely need to get it repaired. Good Evening,

I hope everyone is having a awesome day. I am sitting here typing away tired from work and dealing with my kidos. This week I had some issues with my car and couldn’t figure it out. I finally got someone to look at it and it was the belt and alternator for a Nissan juke, crazy right? It was 750 dollars to get it done. I was told by my boyfriends Dad that if I would have taken it to firestone it would have been double that price. The reason why is because they had to really take a lot of things apart just to get to the alternator. He recommended that maybe I should consider getting another car that would be easier to maintain. I honestly don't plan on getting another car until a few years from now. So I am hoping no other major things happen to it. It has a new battery, now a new alternator and belt. I am really just glad that I have it fixed now at this point. Thank God I have the money to get it done. I am so happy and proud of myself that I took care of it on my own and didn’t have to rely on anyone financially. It felt so good and relieved. Then though I lost that money and could have invested it someone where. It was there when I needed the most at desperate times. That's one thing I want to continue in my life is to not rely on anyone financially anymore and grow from that. I received my car back today, I had to get rides back and forth to work. I am telling you its nothing like having your own car. 

But you know I truly feel this joy and relief in my spirit to know that I had it covered and it didn’t bother me. Usually I would be a lot more upset and disappointed, but I am not. I guess it shows that I am growing and looking more on the positive side instead of the negative. I am grown some I am starting to see that. Now if only I can just get this coding programing going so I can be really successful in that, than I will be on my way. :-)

Well I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Practice on social distancing even though that’s a lot more easier said than done.

Oh no! Car troubles! I will have to wait a couple of days to get it fixed to go! Oh well Halloween night is not until Thursday. Good thing I started out extra early. I still can't wait for Halloween. Richmond does have a few costume contests I did want to check out. Plus Richmond has a few concerts and DJs to check out in addition. It will not be a Halloween free weekend.
