Huntington Station Man Among 9 Indicted in Crime Spree Involving Robberies, Carjackings

Portland Police officers pursue armed suspect in Southeast Portland carjackings

On Southeast Powell Blvd. and 8th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97202, an armed suspect fired at least one shot and fled in a stolen car, and then crashed the vehicle near Southeast 5th and Stark.
Portland Police Bureau officers said the perpetrator was wanted for carjacking.
Officers set up a perimeter near SE 5th and Stark and are tracking the suspect with a trained police dog.
🐕🦺 Police dogs, often German shepherds, are specially trained by officers.
If you live in Southeast Portland, check with officers if needed before running outside in the rain.
