This fantastic ‘virgin’ pool was discovered in a New Mexico cave. It has never before been seen by human eyes.

A pristine, untouched pool has been discovered 700 feet (213 meters) below ground in Lechuguilla Cave, New Mexico, one of the world’s largest and most famous caves.

This uncontaminated site holds immense scientific value in a world where most natural environments are tainted by human pollution. Such a rare and untouched sample of nature provides a unique opportunity for scientific study and insight.
