I think there's definitely this sort of horror & whole societal self-hatred placed on weight gain even when it's something your body just kind of does automatically, while you're just living your life.

That you can indeed just let the soft animal of your body love what it loves

It's softness the curves & folds of it

That being fat & or fatter can be cool sexy and hot.

And I can love so deeply that in others that the bodies they build & have things of true beauty I adore, I literally can't not love it in myself

because in the end I think feedism is something that lets me me take ownership of the body I have and love it both as it is and what ever it will go on to be!

I just remembered how good Shrek the musical is in both in a narrative way/ musical sense. Honestly Shrek is kinda of a great way to convince of fat phobia and other sort of stigmatized identities. Specifically in the relation of be fat is a okay thing to be not bad inherently but There is so much messaging about how one must change. That it makes it so easy to have internalized feelings of wanting to change or believing you're self to be bad because people treat you as such.

And that there's a clear difference in the way you're treated once you "escape that identity" in the case of fatphobia plus It being attributed to whatever stereotypes people believe about you for being that identity that inherently seep into how they begin to perceive you! Additionally how you perceive yourself and what you are capable of based on those stereotypes!!
