Closing out the week with one more Carmilla post! @onyxnailsdesign created these insane custom filigree nails for me and I had to do some portraits with them! Thank you again for this fantastic finishing touch to my cosplay ❤️ I’m really happy with my makeup from that day because I took my time with contouring and blending. I used @kryolanofficial cream makeup and setting spray, and @surrealmakeup’s ultra shiny cream eyeshadow for my lids. Oddly enough, most of my 2021 costumes so far have required white body makeup lol (White Blood Cell, Lady Dimitrescu, Muzan, Death and Carmilla) Random weird fact: my mouth is kinda small so I have to wear tiny fangs on my lateral incisors instead of canines 😅 I made the costume myself and am wearing a lace front wig from @ardawigs. @brian_b_boling took the photos! Carmilla progress update: I won the battle against the velvet. The dress is DONE except sewing few snaps on. It is. So. Heavy. Like wearing water. I’m now waiting for red appliqués come in but the dress looks so sleek as is that I may or may not use them. I still have to make the gold shoulder armor, style the wig and do something to spruce up the shoes, and I may repaint a sword as a prop, but we shall see. So where is my Castlevania fam? When are we meeting up to either take over the world or go to war?
