NEWS! I'm RETURNING to the FUNHOUSE
I have recently finished negotiations to happily return to CARNIVAL Comics, most particularly to complete issue 4 of Jazan Wild's FUNHOUSE of HORRORS.
Previously, Carnival comics and I parted ways due to creative differences but I have always had a great experience and a wonderful working relationship with Carnival comics and Jazan Wild. His vision is indeed wild and has broken new ground in the industry of digital comics even though credit is not usually given if you don't have a large PR bank account or play in the same sandbox as the rest of the industry.
Carnival stands on it's own but stands apart in good ways. Leading the App industry as an independent for years and getting in to mobile devices where others struggle. Carnival has also been one of the first if not THE first to offer 3-D mobile comics.
Part of the companies agenda is to put out fresh content in the near future. I'm happy to be instrumental in this and take direction from Jazan Wild and see where all of this leads. Completing this book will round out the 4 issue mini series and give me a good vantage point to see if and where I will contribute to the publisher next.
I have recently taken a step back from doing work for hire interiors to focus on my own material. That's not off the table after I complete these exciting commitments. Jake Stone needs closure and so do I.
Keep an eye on us and in the meanwhile Search: CARNIVAL comics on your mobile devices and enjoy!
