Hiking for Clarity // Kilia
Kira had decided after their talk that Malia, her newest friend, needed something besides just Miyazaki movies. Despite her own personal opinion that Miyazaki cures all ills. Especially with pizza.
For this sort of problem however, Kira wanted something a bit less mopey. Malia seemed like an active, restless sort of person who would get more out of being outside than anything. There was something.. wild about her. With a positive response to her text invite to go hiking in the Preserve, Kira had quickly chosen a trail and day.
She waited at the trailhead now, double checking the laces on her worn out hiking boots and her canteen. They wouldn't be out for very long, but Kira hated being thirsty.
