So I have discovered Punchycat's shard in Honkai impact 3rd. Carole Peppers. Cheerful and fun loving with an interest in looking pretty bit of an airhead but her heart is in the right place. Also her fists. She wields giant mecha hands called Kissy Pillow number 4. She is flat out the strongest character for squad 3 able to yank around and slam enemies into the ground. Bright and cheerful with fists of steel sounds a lot like Punchy cat to me.

I looked her up and I can see it! Every setting needs a perky cheerful punchy girl, honestly.

Wouldn't be the first time I've made a character to fit an archetype that ends up similar to another character unintentionally. I once had a Mage: the Awakening creepy amnesiac weird girl who reminded people of Firefly's River Tam, but with magic instead of psychic martial arts.
