From the inspiration of a writer, to the interpretation of a screenwriter... 📖 📑 📝 💻 Phyllis Nagy took fifteen years to write the film adaptation of Carol, Patricia Highsmith's novel, formerly called "The Price of Salt". 📕 To Phyllis, this screenplay is really personal, as she met Pat in person, she had the opportunity to meet the living personality of the writer who created Carol and Therese, so no one better than Phyllis to adapt the beautiful story of Highsmith to the big screen. 🌹
