i was tagged by the super sweet peacockbluey (thak you!) to answer some questions & then create 11 new questions and tag some new people to answer ‘em…i’m just melting here in an old house with no air conditioning so, here goes! 

1. Tell me about your favorite outfit/piece of clothing and why it’s your favorite.

oh - ummmmmmmmmmmm...a lot of my favorite pieces have fallen apart and i’m not sure anything i have right now has taken their places. i’m not much of a clothes horse and i’d wear a t-shirt and jeans everyday if i could. actually, i kind of do, so i guess my favorite outfit is a pair of well worn jeans that fit pretty perfectly, one of my double-layer t-shirts from target (these are so awesome - i wish they still made them!!) and my brown leather roxy flop-flops. i just feel really comfortable and myself.

2. Do you prefer sweet or savory or some combination thereof?

given these two, i’d go with sweet. truth is i’m a fan of salty over both, but i like to snag something sweet to cut it sometimes (like, if i’m munching on chips i’ll grab a gummy bear or something)

3. If you could go on a trip anywhere, with unlimited money and time, where would you go?

tour the world! i’d probably linger in italy spending time with family i’ve only met through letters and perfecting my second language. 

4. Do you like pancakes?

if they have chocolate chips in them and are smothered in butter, i’m in. i sort of hate syrup on them though, so please keep it far away from my short stack!

5. What music would you play on a sunshine-filled road trip adventure?

anything. everything. probably some jam-band type things that ramble on - allman brothers, widespread panic, o.a.r, that kind of thing but pretty much as long as i can sing along i’m happy :D

6. What does the Boosh mean to you?

bluey! its too hot for feels like that! *sigh* its so much - the biggest things and the littlest ones and everything in between. its what makes me laugh when nothing else will, my refuge from a demanding job. a reminder that there is lightness and childlike humor even though we’re adults. its a beautiful place where anything is possible & the population is just brilliant. i’m not doing my thoughts justice here, its just a tough thing to articulate...

7. If you could choose a piece of music to have as your personal theme (the kind that plays when you walk into a room), what would you want?

Bach, Prelude, Cello suite n. 1

8. Tell me about something that makes you feel really proud.

when i bake something for someone i care about, and they really love it, that’s a proud moment cos a lot of the time it’s something i’ve never made before so i know i’ve done something well

9. Do you always order the same things no matter where you go, or are you always looking to try something new?

both? because i’ve moved around a lot there are some regional places that i can only access when i’m on vacation and then i totally get the same thing every time. on the other hand, if there’s something that looks new and exciting, or has something that i’ve recently come to love i would happily order the more novel item

10. What helps you recharge, as a person?

sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep, time by myself but also time with close friends (i’m learning i need to not be alone so much maybe, probs not a good idea in the long term), making something, cleaning/organizing (sometimes, not all the time)

11. Have you ever forgotten to write the eleventh question of a meme and not realized until after you’d posted it?

not that i know of!

Thank you <3 Well, I wouldn’t say that thought is too far off the mark to be honest hahaha x) I’m sure he’s not done anything and like I said, I love the man, I’ve met him and he’s a darling, but this tour is going to end up going for 6 years if they keep postponing dates ;P
