Role Overview
Aethelflor is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with B2B experience, ideally in the construction, interiors, or commercial property sectors in EU, Gulf countries, ASEAN, Australian, South America and North America market. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to support sales objectives, build brand awareness, and generate leads for their commercial carpet products.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy: Research the Australian commercial carpet and flooring solutions market to identify opportunities, competitors, and trends.
Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels within budget.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Digital Marketing: Implement digital strategies like SEO, social media, and email marketing, using analytics to optimize campaigns.
Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and generate leads for specific products like Axminster carpet and carpet tiles.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events to increase visibility.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years in a marketing specialist role, preferably in the Australian construction, interior design, or commercial products industry.
Experience planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CRM).
Excellent written and verbal communication and content creation skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking, with data-driven decision-making ability.
Effective project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team in China.
