I love a challenge and the result when you are able to complete it is so fulfilling. Mrs. Madden came in last week wanting to replace her older Ford Escape. Well, she had a precise budget in mind so I set forth to show her the new Escapes, but didn't like the design. Showed her the Ford Edge, but didn't like the slanted 2nd row seats when folded down for cargo. It would not work for what she is going to use this space for. Showed her the new Explorer but was more than she wanted to spend. Well, I knew she needed a vehicle and it was my opportunity to find her the perfect one. Then one came up. I showed her a pre-owned 2016 but it was a recent trade, with keys no where to be found and could not test drive. She loved that explorer and trusted me to tell her the following day what I thought of it and how it drove. She requested we certify the vehicle, documentation of what we checked and a full warranty. Fast forward a few days, she came in looked at the documentation, approved everything and proceeded to see her new ride. This is the part where it made my day! With tears in her eyes, she said; "it is beautiful and can't believe its mine. You did good Jorge!"
