#6 (what's your go-to recipe when you want to make something that requires minimal effort?) and #23 (what's the coolest place you've visited?)
Beef mince (which you bought at the beginning of the week meaning to make burgers or meatballs and forgot about it because LIFE)
Frozen veggies (usually peas and carrots because they're the cheapest but anything will work)
Cheese (because of course)
Tortillas (of the "that's what we have" variety)
Left over rice (if you have it and wish to make this more into fried rice tacos)
Brown your mince and take out your frustrations by beating the shit out of it with a wooden spoon. You can add spices, if you have them. I was a broke college student when I mastered this, so I didn't. If you want a good spices hack, buy Japanese curry powder, it's a great spice bomb. Gara masala is also great for a "I need FLAVOR" lifesaver.
Add your frozen veggies once the meat is sufficiently brown or you're tired of stirring. Then stir some more. (Sorry.) The veg will steam into doneness as it defrosts. Stir until it reaches your prefer level of done. If it has become mush you might want to pivot hard into spaghetti sauce and drop a can of tomato sauce onto this mess to try and salvage it. Veg is meant to have some crunch to it, don't be scared.
Shred cheese atop mess of veg and beef. Turn down heat so cheese melts instead of burns. Stir into sticky mess.
Grab a tortilla and spoon mixture into it.
Eat standing while trying to decipher the garble mess you call notes.
23. One of my favorite museums in the world is the Hermitage museum in Russia. It has such an astounding collection, it's nuts. The entire history of the museum is fascinating. I got the chance to visit back in 2012, it was an incredible experience.
