Well folks, we officially have LSD in the #moneypit transmission!! While the transmission is out of the car I decided to pull apart the trans for inspection and installation of LSD I picked up a while ago! Also installed the speedfactory drag spec shift springs as well! Should give the car a whole new feel when banging gears plus added traction! No more one wheel peels! Big changes have been happening to the car and I look forward to seeing how it preforms once it's back together running again! [3-13-2022] After the short-block rebuild, ZGMF-X13A's engine finally hit the 3000 mile mark (thus officially ending the Break-In Period). Minimal issues thus far so I'm looking forward to future road trips. Also, no fear of going into boost. I'll have to schedule an oil change this coming weekend before going to DC (not driving this time. I'll be flying). [8-24-2021] After the Check Engine light last week, I took it to AutoZone to get one of them free diagnostics. If I recall correctly, only one code pulled up (I don't remember it off the top of my head). The print-out I got suggested to replace my thermostat (which lines up with my temp gauge not reaching operating temperatures). So I picked up an OEM Thermostat. Figured while I was at it, I'd get an OEM Thermostat Housing replacement as well as a lower radiator hose since they're connected to each other (I had my upper radiator hose replaced a few months ago. With how old that one was, I can imagine the lower one being jank also). Honestly, I would probably do this myself but since I don't have a proper place to do the work, I'll have to find a shop that can do it soon and cheap. [1-24-2020] While ZGMF-X13A is being worked on, I have a rental for the weekend. It's a Nissan Sentra (cheapest they had available). I don't intend on using it very much since I'm probably just gonna be home all weekend. But it does have a fold-down back seat. Maybe now, I can get that IKEA shelves for my Gunpla now. Oh! And it has a backup camera?! This shiz is weird and i don't like it.
