I got inspired too! Is there any animal that produces very loud noises either at day or night that no matter how many times you hear it, you still stop for a second and say, "oh damn, there it is again!"

In my home there are foxes that sing so loud at night, I never got used to it! and very rarely you can hear wolves howling at the distance but that is very beautiful to hear.

omg foxes and wolves is such a cool answer to the question, im afraid I don’t have anything that cool. i live in suburbia so the animal noises i hear is pretty strictly birds. the kookaburra laughing is the most striking one with just how unique it sounds. i also do love the magpies at dawn with their very pleasant warbling. OH whipbirds!!!!! They have the most magical call!!! U go into any reserve or national park and the soundscape of whipbirds and Willie wagtails and butcherbirds and bellbirds oh it’s so magical!!! all these birds r quite small and have such delicate fairy-like calls. i really love birds guys 😭😭😭 also, if ur really really lucky u might see a lyrebird and now THAT is a crazy experience.
