#Onthisday in 1909, new 2nd Assistant Harvey E. Behringer arrived at the #HillsboroLighthouse. He was previously stationed at #Carysfort Lighthouse, off-shore in the #FloridaKeys. His wife, Mattie (Darby) would arrive on the 14th. After being here only 7 days he came down with malaria.
