there is this guy at work who never fails to make me feel bad about myself with literally every word that comes out of his mouth - and to make it worse he always tacks on a "I'm glad you know me well enough to know that this shouldn't offend you" etc

but more than that i am literally so over him acting like he can touch me whenever he wants or give other people his permission to touch my body - i literally told him to stop touching me (also to never touch me in the first place) this past weekend and he said "no i can do whatever i want you're mine"

like

bitch you don't own me

i never gave you permission to touch me

next time he pulls this I'm going to set things straight even if it means he ends up on the ground with a testicular injury and unfortunate limp for a few hours

Top five books? Oh my. It really depends on what I'm doing, but the five I find myself reaching for most often are:

The Complete Guide to Herbal Medicine (Fetrow & Avila)

Grimoire for the Green Witch (Moura)

Encyclopedia of 5,000 Spells aka The Big Guns (Illes)

Utterly Wicked (Morrison)

Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs (Cunningham)

Of late, I've also been reaching for my own notes on magical uses of plants, which are reaching epic status and are probably going to become a book at some point. (And a shitload of tumblr posts.)

1) do you have dance parties in your underwear when no one is home

2) first fandom??

Uh, I've been in a lot of fandoms over the years without really knowing about fandom so the first fandom I was really involved in had to be the hetalia fandom.

3) song you listen to when youre sad

Oh God, I can't think of one song. I just listen to slow songs that are kind of sad from a lot of difference genres.

4) do you have a favorite musical and if so what is it

I haven't seen too many musicals but Hair Spray will always be a fav for many reasons and close behind it I guess would be Sweeny Todd because I've always liked the songs

5) favorite thing to write about?

When I write I like writing what's going on in character's heads like what there thinking/feeling and using metaphors to relate them/their relationships with others to the world around them and figurative language is just my friend. 

I could write little ficlets all day if I had the chance because it's fun.

6) how much of a procrastinator are you

I am such a big procrastinator I procrastinate to the point where nothing actually gets done.

7) biggest pet peeve

guuuuuh I don't really have any big pet peeves. I just have little things that can annoy me but nothing other than that.

both? I'm usually kind of a morning person but sometimes I stay up really late and sleep in so

9) favorite fictional villain?

Okay there are a few because fictional is a lot of things

Some of my top ones are Lucifer from spn and every villian from the Pellinor series which if youve never read those books before you should because they are amazing and have a really good female main character and I could tell you all about them.

10) ever cosplayed?

Yes. My first cosplay was winrey from fullmetal alchemist when I was in middleschool and then I also did fem!Canada at another convention as a quick cosplay.

I don't think I ever posted pictures but they weren't like anything amazing.

I've always kind of wanted to do it again but I have no idea what else I could be.

11) do you like having your picture taken?

Kind of. It really depends because I usually love it since I used to not be in a lot but occasionally I get in a mood where I'm just like 'no'

So basically if you try to take a picture of me I will just smile because I kind of like it.

1) What is your house on pottermore/in harry potter and do you agree with it?

So I don't remember where pottermore sorted me and now on pottermore you cant just take the quiz you have to do a lot to get to it.

But on other things I am almost always a ravenclaw, and I do actually agree because it is the one that actually fits me the most... usually

2) Do you like musicals and if so what is your favorite?

This is really hard because I haven't seen too many musicals and I feel picking a fav isn't right because i know songs from other and have seen scenes and know they are good but cant call them my fav until ive seen the whole thing and jfklds

3) If you could automatically know another language which would you choose?

Czech is the first thing that comes to mind, but if it is automatically I think I would choose something slightly more common like Russian so it would be easy to learn others and id use it more (or Iniut so I could FINALLY know what the lyrics to this one song are)

4) Has a book or television ever made you cry? If so what happened?

Yes, and it is strange because i rarely cry from books/movies/tv

The only book I can't remember the name of but I read it in 5th grade. I've cried during two Supernatural episodes: Heart (the one with the werewolf chick that sam has to kill in the end) and the episode where bobby officially died. Heart always gets me and not just because of what happens and the fact that BOTH sam and dean cry in one scene which is one of the few if only times that has ever happened on the show but because of the the implications of that gunshot.

Movies there are a few but I bawled in Never Let Me Go. When Jacob screams on the side of the road? Quality acting that totally made me loose it.

5) Idealist or realist? Optimist or pessimist?

This is interesting because I am a huge dreamer which would make me an idealist but i am also a big realist that relies on logic and that hold be back. So I am an idealist trapped by realist tendencies.

I am an optimist. Everyone says so.

6) Pens or pencils?

Pens. I like to draw using pen. Write using pens. Pens.

7) Favorite superhero?

Captain America because there is something to say about a hero that uses a sheild as a weapon

(or the tick because I'm a HUGE Edlund fan)

8) Not really biggest accomplishment but like something that made you go “FUCKING YES I FUCKING DID IT!!”

You said not biggest accomplishment so I will choose something small that made me really proud. It sounds bad, but I once made people on the internet cry and it makes me proud. Not because I'm evil, but because they cried from reading fanfiction i wrote and there is something really great about getting the emotional response from readers you were hoping for and have a lot of them experience that.

9) Take a minute to think. Maybe longer. Are you happy right now?

At the exact moment I am very content. I rediscovered an album I used to obsess over and found my writing voice (also the lack of stress tonight helps)

10) Is there a  book you want to have already read but dont want to take the time to read?

There is a lot because I want to read a lot of classics BUT THEY ARE SO LONG. So I'm just going to put classic novels here.
