This is a case antenna from Parsec Technologies. They built this out to handle an antenna for first responders to make it easier, especially in remote locations or places where wireless internet signals aren’t strong, This helps law enforcement, EMS, and other first responder teams quickly grab a case with everything set up so that they can have a stronger internet signal to relay back to an ambulance, police vehicle or directly with the hospital in order to increase the odds of sending accurate information so that the other emergency personnel (not on scene) can be prepared by the time the on-scene team returns.
