Tips about moving to the Greater Dallas area from a real estate agent serving Frisco, Prosper and the rest of Collin County and Denton County Texas
Tips from a Realtor in the Frisco and Prosper Texas area to help you price your home, and stage your home with appropriate repairs, to find the balance between maximizing the sale price against time on the market.
Some helpful tips about remodeling a North Texas home to get good value for your investment - from a Realtor serving Frisco, Prosper and nearby Collin County and Denton County communities.
Marketing locally tends to focus on what a local service provider can do. This, instead, is helpful nationally as it builds trust in the service. In this case, he explains what anyone can do across the country to enhance the video viewer's experience of any live streamed event such as a conference, entertainment show, sport (pay per view or other), and similar live events where in-person attendees will be combined with those watching live remotely.
When explaining the possible benefits of advanced technology, such as immersive design or experience design, most people can't conceptualize the opportunities - especially when a corporation or large organization is deciding how to embrace new technology for its desired audience to tell stories and/or increase functionality. This video's "demo reel" does a solid job giving teasers of what can be done with advanced technology to help engage and build interest from current or future prospective customers, clients and even current employees.
This video focuses on two problems young parents face: 1) helping their kids who have cavities, despite regular brushing and limiting sugar intake; and 2) reducing childhood bullying by not needing to get silver teeth (aka "metal mouth" or other confidence-destroying words which such kids might have to deal with from other kids). This also addresses parents being judged harshly by other parents.
This is an old video of Jimmy Cash, who runs his own plumbing company in McKinney and Collin County Texas. He has a sharp, quick sense of humor! He did this video a long time ago when they weren’t commonplace, especially optimized for the search engines at the time. It was a good idea as he had to expend some money for this video, but it paid off in terms of some short-term profitability (above and beyond the cost of the video + the marketing costs to promote it) as well as repeat customers and referrals. Good job to Jimmy Cash -- an easy-to-remember name!
Jim helps pass along information to professionals who can help market the Texas cattle ranches, farms, hunting and recreational ranches and agricultural land for sale through his brokerage. He serves as an agricultural ranch broker for properties in Oklahoma and North/Northeast Texas and has been in the business for over 30 years. If you get a chance to meet him he is a down-to-Earth good guy who will make you feel welcome + give good advice if you are considering such a property.
Miriam and her Mom are super-nice people who live in Longview and serve the counties in East Texas, helping those who need to sell their homes quickly. Unlike other cash house investors, their real estate training actually works on the premise of helping people out with various solutions to their problems so that it really is a win-win for everyone. Not only do they follow this approach based on their involvement with their religious background, they also believe that if someone needs their help then those people also may know others in similar situations (divorce, job loss, job transfer, damaged property, etc.) -- so Miriam and her Mom want the referral from the original homeowner that they helped.
Jim is a good guy from the Arizona area who decided to develop a high-end, waterproof dog seat cover which meets the needs of all kinds of cars, trucks and SUV makes/models including those with cargo seats, split rear seats (60-40 or 50-50), and other unique situations. The company is called 4Knines and has received some really good reviews from customers.
Jim and his wife run the company and test out the products with their own dogs to make sure that the products hold up to a good standard. He is thorough and likes to run his advertising and product development with good involvement, showing that he didn’t just “outsource” his internal operations without some mastery of each topic.
Ken is a cool guy from the area where Dallas County and Denton County Texas meet. He runs his own commercial cooling and refrigeration/HVAC company, and he loves the specialty challenge kinds of jobs. The above video shows a beverage distribution line, and he has specialty skills to help regulate temperatures when cold drinks need to be pumped out to the next step before being loaded onto the truck. The trick is getting the temperature to be just as cold when the coolant comes back on the return line, and not many HVAC pros can do this kind of work. There are similar examples, and he always has a fun story to share when you talk with him!
This is a case antenna from Parsec Technologies. They built this out to handle an antenna for first responders to make it easier, especially in remote locations or places where wireless internet signals aren’t strong, This helps law enforcement, EMS, and other first responder teams quickly grab a case with everything set up so that they can have a stronger internet signal to relay back to an ambulance, police vehicle or directly with the hospital in order to increase the odds of sending accurate information so that the other emergency personnel (not on scene) can be prepared by the time the on-scene team returns.

Smart idea to use existing YouTube videos and make playlists for prospective drivers who want to know what it is like behind the wheel in the person’s respective city. Examples of what to do, what not to do (e.g. bad drivers videos), and tips of getting one’s learner’s permit are helpful tp those willing to watch the videos & who care about becoming a safe driver.
This was a good idea by Saratoga CME - record the “hands on” and lecture part of a Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminar in Las Vegas for medical professionals, who need PRA Category 1 continuing ed credits. The video goes into some detail about the conference and helps someone make a decision as to whether they would be interested in attending for their CME requirements.
Insights and Perspectives from Cloudskope- An American Risk Management and Technology firm founded in 2016.
This blog from a managed IT services and cybersecurity firm in the Dallas Fort Worth area is smart in that it talks about recent cyber attacks in a timely manner, usually shortly after the recent newsworthy incident happens. The blog posts offer some helpful & actionable tips + increase the reader’s awareness of the bigger picture regarding these topics.
Marketing While Enhancing Safety
A smart idea is coming soon from Todd regarding the rental of his jet skis. He is going to provide a safety video on YouTube before people come to the lake for their jet skis. The video will be optimized for his desired main cities, and the real people who would watch the safety training video (prior to arriving) will help market his business passively because:
* More traffic to his videos coming from his geographic area will help with ranking better in YouTube (and possibly other search engines)
* The increased traffic may help his video show up in related/suggested searches in YouTube when he otherwise wouldn’t appear
* Those who like his content may share the training/safety video on their social media pages, and the video would have a link to the website + his business phone number
*Several other potential methods (e.g including video in a press release) exist as well
A good idea from Arctic Air Heating and Cooling - to show an actual repair and how adjustments were made on-location at a customer’s house during a heating and cooling service call.
