It's been around 6 months since I joined a startup. For the last 6 months my company has made two services; Caseby.me and Every4to. What I learned #1 Lean startup Lean startup is about prioritizing. With limit resource; time, money a startup needs to decide 1)which core functions our service must have 2)when is the deadline; often a ceo or product manager push the schedule because he is the man in charge of the ship. #2 How to do marketing If you are a rich startup, achieving critical mass is a hard task but at most startup they aren't. Targeting is very important since it's the fastest way to see if it works or not. Target customers are the source of your revenue; traffic. But then, how? By analyzing user activity you can get hints.
