Casey the demon was such and interesting character. That whole episode is so good. And while I think Casey laid a lot of ground work for Ruby's arc, I don't think Casey's faith or sincerity was an act. She really believed in a grand plan, in Sam. I kinda wish we'd gotten more of her. She made demons interesting and multi-dimensional when before they were just senseless evil.
