Part 1 - Read part 2 here Holy crap I redid the Blind Date comic from back in 2014!
This has been on my “I’ll try that again someday” list for a while now. A lot’s happened in those 2+ years; I’ve made some cool friends and a lot of progress (I even got to help @atroxchobatsu bring Sarah and Celie’s story to life for real!), and I think the original comic was a big catalyst for a lot of it. It was just a dumb thing I did for fun, and I remember being EXTREMELY nervous about posting it, but I’m glad I did. If you’ve been following me since then - since I remember there being a spike of people checking me out after I put out the original - thank you so much, and I hope you enjoy this second take!

Two old toons discuss the state of modern technology.
This week’s #toonsday entry is Casey! He used to be a bigshot back in his heyday. He’s old, so naturally everything new and advanced confuses and scares him. Uses a lot of old-timey words, like “Egad” “Gadzooks” and “Good night!” in response to something surprising. He’s often mistaken for various other round, flat objects. He’s a cookie, but don’t bite him, he’s an 80+ year-old cookie.
Stream doodles from last night! The highlight was making Celie and Sarah switch temperaments... and then making them act like how they percive each other. Also Casey getting the morning paper, Pac-Man, and Iggy acting like Celie.
