“actually that’s not true” not matt’s smart ass trying to correct the cash cab host
just remembered that cash cab was a show that existed. what happened to the people who lost at cash cab? did they just have to get out halfway to their destination
CashCab but only grammar questions: Syntaxi
stil sooooo jealous of anyone who got to ride in the cash cab :(
I got a cab in New York City that turned out to be the Cash Cab, except I didn’t get to participate in the game. I recognized Ben Bailey, waited for him to turn on the flashing lights and announce, “You’re in the Cash Cab!” but he never did. He was silent the whole time. It was a completely normal cab ride, except I felt awkward, confused, and cheated.
I don’t know where I need to go to request this but I need an Elementary fic featuring Sherlock and Joan in the cash cab since they’re ALWAYS calling cabs. PLEASE.
Story time:
So I was watching Cash Cab with my mom (its a trivia show that takes place in a NYC taxi) and we were trying to get the answers. They were doing some super extra bonus round to double their winnings. The question was something like “what is the mating season for deer called?”.
I answer “its called a rut.” my mom looks at me, her useless city-girl, outdoor hating daughter who has only seen deer in pictures and goes “how the hell do you know that?” I think for a second “how do I know that?” and then it hits me
OMEGA-VERSE
Luckily I pass it off as random info I know (my family calls me Wiki because I’m full of useless info) and did not have to scar my parents or become the family disappointment... that day at least
