Well, probably not what you were thinking of, or 'their big secret' but I can't see Chance ever talking about the fact they don't, like their parents. At all. Their parents sure loved them. But uhhh. She blames her ex husband for a lot of how her life turned out. If he was more present with her children she wouldn't've been under so much stress, and if she wasn't under so much stress she wouldn't've had to start drinking. If he actually made her happy she would've been able to quit gambling. Alas. She hopes nothing but the worst for him but wouldn't admit that, especially to her kids.
