WHY and HOW the fuck does Cuphead know LATIN!? He was drunk and not just speaking Latin, but FLUENT Latin. Mugman just calls it "some chant" because he probably doesn't know what Cuphead is saying, so they couldn't have been taught it when they were younger, and Cuphead sure as hell didn't study it.
