1. Thaddeus asked Cason to call him by his first name except for cases when they’re in “proper” company. Once, Cason slipped, and Thaddeus thought the would kill the man. 2. Always one to uphold his end of the bargain ( mostly . . . ), Thaddeus picked Cason up. It was only through sheer pride that he managed, and he’s shaken off any other suggestion to do it again. 3. Thaddeus often seeks Cason out during the night. He still can’t sleep because of his memories, and he’s found the best medicine was laughter and wine. 4. Thaddeus pays Cason extra to bother nobles that annoy him the most.
