⚠️SJM Universe Spoilers⚠️
So I’ve been thinking a lot about the blue and pink heart on SJM’a post and how she talked about her journey with motherhood. And I do recall in another interview SJM said we would see more kids in the ACOTAR universe.
I think the blue and pink heart could symbolize Nesta being pregnant. Because when I think of Nesta, Bryce, and Azriel’s BC in CC3, I remember the section where they’re talking about Nesta becoming fae and how she’s still adjusting to it and she tells Azriel that she’s not sure how Azriel handles it and he tells her that “having children also helps pass the time.” And he says that with a wink.
And yes Nesta does tell Azriel that she thinks she would be a terrible mother because she had a terrible mom, but Azriel tells her that just because her mother was a terrible mother. Doesn’t mean that Nesta will also be a terrible mother.
And then I think about Ember’s BC where Ember tells Nesta “you will find your way.” And how SJM says how she relates to Nesta and how her and Nesta dug herself out of that hole together when she wrote ACOSF. But I also remember how SJM said Motherhood taught her about about how to advocate for herself.
Now this could be for Feyre but it could also be for Nesta.
And then when I think about Cassian’s reaction to Nesta giving away the mask, could it be possible that Nesta is already pregnant? Was his reaction more about him being the General of the NC armies or could it potientially be about Nesta putting herself in danger when she could potentially be pregnant.
We see later when Bryce comes to give the mask back that Cassian is there and he positions himself close to Nesta just in case. But could that be him protecting his pregnant mate as well. Idk it’s definitely something to think about.

Villain to Kill Episode 12
Cassian and azriel fighting about something
Cassian: well your adopted
Azriel: WE ARE BOTH ADOPTED!!!!!!!!!!!
"You know, Eris," he said, a hand wrapping around the doorknob. "I think you might be a decent male, deep down, trapped in a terrible situation." He looked over his shoulder and found Eris's gaze blazing again. But only pity stirred in his chest, pity for a male who had been born into riches, but had been destitute in every way that truly mattered. In every way that Cassian had been blessed--blessings that were now overflowing.
So Cassian said, "I grew up surrounded by monsters. I've spent my existence fighting them. And I see you, Eris. You're not one of them. Not even close. I think you might even be a good male." Cassian opened the door, turning from Eris's curled lip. "You're just too much of a coward to act like one."
-A Court Of Silver Flames
Gwynriel Headcannon
Gwyn is always practicing late at night and Azriel almost never sleeps, so they tend to run into each other a lot. Eventually this turns into a kind of training session. After one long night Azriel offers to fly Gwyn to Velaris to get a snack and see a little bit of the city. Ultimately this becomes a thing and they are always going on midnight dates.
Yes I wrote this poem about Feyre coming to terms with her life between book 1 and 2 and no I do not regret it
