Who gets excited about Halloween in July:
Josephine is always planning so far ahead for everything so even if she’s not excited about it she is THINKING about it and Leliana is always 20% Halloween ready at any given moment. like I’m sure she’s got an infinite supply of fake blood, 12 costumes, and a real skeleton in some hidden stash of sorts.
Who starts wearing sweaters and scarves on the first day of September and completely overheats:
Cassandra, though not 100% by choice. “It’s fall fashion,” Leliana says as Josephine wraps Cass in a too-thick scarf over an already too-thick coat. She doesn’t have the heart to take it off later.
Who thrives in Fall/Who prefers Summer and warm weather:
Leliana is definitely more a fall person, the brisk but still bearable nights filled with warm spiced drinks and the vivid colours that paint the landscape as the trees begin to die.
Cassandra and Josephine much prefer, and are much more accustomed, to the warm weather of the summer. And Josephine and Leliana definitely appreciate the warmest of summer days when Cassandra has to strip down to her undershirt to keep from overheating while training.
Who thinks the other looks so cute when they’re cold and trying to fight it with 50 sweaters:
Leliana gets to laugh at the pudgy bundle that is Josephine, because Josephine has poor circulation and always has cold hands and cold feet and needs layers and layers to stay warm at even the slightest dip in temperature.
Cassandra just thinks it’s practical and incredibly adorable, though she’s not quite as outspoken about it as Leliana. Sometimes she gets roped in to dressing in a bundle, too, so Josephine doesn’t take the brunt of the teasing. She grumbles about it outwardly but inwardly she secretly enjoys the warmth the extra layers provide.
Who offers the other their jacket:
Josephine always get cold even when she’s bundled up more than what seems humanly possible. Cassandra always offers her jacket first even though she’s cold, too. Leliana just rolls her eyes and puts her coat over Cassandra’s shoulders when she starts shivering too much to refuse.
Who doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning because it’s too cold and has to run from the warm covers to the shower:
Josephine, but I mean who would want to get out of bed when Cassandra and Leliana are in it? And the stone floors are colder than her icy feet so it’s always a mad dash to hot water.
Cassandra says she’s not affected by the cold, but her morning routine starts a bit later than usual and is completed in less time, with a little a more urgency in her step.
Leliana just rolls out of bed and picks one of them to shower with. (The shower, sadly, is not big enough for three.)
Who touches the other with their freezing cold feet at night:
JOSEPHINE. Leliana teases her about it and she tries to exact revenge by sticking her hands in sensitive areas, but Leliana’s made a game out of it, and dodges her icy grasp so it lands on Cassandra instead.
Who makes the hot cider to snuggle under a blanket and drink:
Snuggling under a blanket and drinking hot cider is one of Leliana’s favourite things about autumn, and Josephine loves the warmth and the company. Cassandra is more than happy to indulge them by making the cider and joining them under the covers (as well as indulge her own not-so-secretly romantic heart).
Who loves carving pumpkins and buys about 300:
Leliana, by far. There’s just something very satisfying about carving graphically inappropriate things into pumpkins and hiding them in places where the rest of the Inquisition will find them in the middle of the night when they’re absolutely unprepared.
Who is terrible at carving pumpkins:
The first year the three of them carved pumpkins together, Cassandra tried to do it with her sword. Her sword.
Who thinks pulling the pumpkin guts out with their hands is icky:
Josephine finds it distasteful but Cassandra’s the one that comes up with totally see-through reasons for why she can’t do it. (”Surely there is a more practical way to clean it than with your hands?”) Princess, please.
What is their favourite Fall activity:
The three of them like to take long strolls through the woods as the leaves are changing, all bright yellows and oranges and reds, littering the ground under their feet and masking the sky above them with vivid colours.
Who gets scared when they watch Horror movies:
It’s a toss-up. Josephine’s not a fan of too much gore and can get very queasy at the sight. More psychological stuff will put Cassandra on edge though she is hard-pressed to admit it.
To Leliana most horror movies might as well be comedies. Really bad comedies. Seriously that guy has no idea how to hold a knife in order to properly decapitate someone.
Who hands out candy to trick-or-treaters:
All of them, though Josephine and Leliana are considerably better at it (and at dealing with children) than Cassandra is.
Who accidentally scares the kids:
Cassandra, because she wore her real sword and had to firmly stop one of the kids from grabbing it suddenly and trying to pull it from the sheath on her hip.
Who suggested the couples costume:
It’s actually Cassandra who quietly, abashedly, suggests that maybe, possibly, it would be nice to wear matching costumes? in the middle of Leliana and Josephine debating over which is of them is going to wear the more perfect costume this year.
What is their couples costume:
IDK my first thought was the Three Musketeers, but I’m sure the first one Cassandra suggested was probably a love triangle from some sort of romance novel or romantic myth.
What is the best Halloween they ever had:
The time winter came early and the sky dropped over a metre of snow onto the ground. They had to stay in but Leliana didn’t want to waste the costumes so there might’ve also been some terrible roleplaying involved, along with a bit too much hot cider and mulled wine.
What is the worst Halloween they ever had:
I imagine there’s at least one Halloween where some asshole dresses up as a blood mage with fake blood and everything and almost gives Cassandra an aneurysm.

Who eats too much candy and ends up sick the next day:
None of them really over-indulge in sweets, but Cassandra definitely has much less of a tolerance for the really sugary ones and after a long night of picking away at the treat bowl, her stomach can be somewhat disagreeable the next day.
Alfred takes up crochet to pass the time and decides to knit the batman and his children little animal themed hats. Bruce is touched by his gift of a bathat, mildly embarrassed by the cutesy nature of the gift, and too afraid that Alfred's elderly heart will give out to say 'no thank you' and so dutifully wears the batcap every he goes for the next two months. Damian stares at his father in shock and horror every time he enters the bat cave only to see his father wearing such an abomination.
'I would armbar that high and mighty piece of shit so hard he would tap out and uncreate the universe and then we could all finally stop suffering' is the most nina sentence I have ever read in all honestly
