So. Hagrid’s. I will say that the ride itself is incredible, easily one of the best I’ve been on. Unfortunately, everything AROUND the ride was one of the most frustrating experiences of my trip so far. Many points in the queue are fun and interesting. For a while. You’ll be looking at them for a long time. The queue is designed to deceive you as to its total length. When I went, there was no Express queue, and they’d closed the single rider queue as well. It was a nightmare claiming my ride photo. This ride - when it’s open - has serious problems with guest flow and turnover. There are MULTIPLE bottlenecks.
