Awww Diana I’m so glad you guys were able to have such a good talk. That’s wonderful that your relationship with her is so great, and that you’re able to be that for her. Also, I’ve thought about trying that book (series?) out, I loved Deathless.

=] Thank you, I'm super glad about it too. I don't know, it's just been a little hard to connect with her because we're 10 years apart, annnd after she grew past age 6, she didn't want to cling to me anymore and listen to stories, so I had nooo idea for quite a while what I should do for her. The Fairyland series is really lovely. Deathless is on my to-read list! But I've also read "The Dirge for Prester John" by Valente, which was good, but I could only read it about a chapter at a time. I just... really love the way she uses language.

Did you try any new foods that you enjoyed?

YES. Some family friends invited us to their end-of-Ramadan feast and there was so much wonderful new food I adored, oh my gosh. OH MY GOSH. I don’t even know what it all was, but I loved literally everything I tried.

There was actually one in front of me that was even bigger because it was all the snow from a parking lot, but this one was just on the side of the road so I thought it was a better representation of our snow.

Ahhhh, hahaha, finally a use for my impulse-buy Lack table. It was only £3, shh. :) 

But really, I think you'd be surprised with what you can wrangle without having to buy extra furniture. I did tests around my apartment and found four other possible locations I could put to use. I think the key is just to have the external keyboard if you're on a laptop or iPad, and you can pick up one of those for pretty cheap on Amazon. 

I've been wondering if standing will work for the editing stage. I'm leaning toward probably not... but it will be an interesting experiment.

I used to fall asleep to watching when I was younger. I still do sometimes. Nothing quite as soothing really.

Yeah I think... I fall asleep to My Little Ponies more often than anything now, haha. Idk, any time Blayre wants to cuddle = sleepytime pretty much.
