  Honestly, if anyone in this town deserved happiness in Gray’s eyes, it was Cass. Despite having not been... the best of employees, Grayson always felt thankful for the opportunity the ranch gave, and made a point to go visit occasionally. Thanks to the cold and the little bit of excitement from winning the lottery last month, Gray hadn’t been out there in a few weeks, but catching a glimpse of Cassidy’s towering frame had him rushing over to give him a warm hello. 

   Though she was missing now, Grayson had seen Cassidy and Amy earlier - he knew very little of their history, personally, but had been paying just enough attention to catch the adoration in his former employers eye. He was pleased for them, truly. “Remember me?” Gray piped up when he got closer, a small wave hello directed to Cassidy. “Merry Christmas - don’t act too surprised that I actually came to one of these, for once.”

The problem with living in a town full of supernaturals, Azure had started to realise, was the fact that he couldn't seem to find a good dealer who had what he wanted. Sure, he could've killed all the parasites he wanted, but that wasn't exactly something that he was interested in doing when the possibility of jail loomed over him. He'd caught wind of the name of a dealer the last time he'd made his way down to get his hands on a vial of V, and that instantly caught Azure's attention. It hadn't taken too long to hear rumours of where to find this person, and now that he knew just how to track them down, he wasn't going to pass up on the opportunity to get his needs from an actual dealer. He briefly considered what would happen if he tried to scare them into giving up their supply to him, but pushed the thought aside when he realised that it really wasn't going to get him anywhere if he needed a long-term supply. He entered the building that he had been told was where he'd find the person, keeping his eyes peeled for anyone who looked like they could possibly be this Wolf's Bane person.
