I got a bad and painful memory and otherwise unrelated anxiety I clenched my jaw and it hasn't unclenched

But bro showed me a trick so im doing it whenever I clench my jaw again :c

Also this morning I was walking back to my house and the wind picked up. For a moment I swore I felt my wings. I think ill take my bike next time :)
