CASSIE’s ONEDERLAND

I wanted a theme that is flowery, with trees and butterflies - something that is close to nature.

gusto ko kasi yung venue would be a place where Cassie and the kids would love to play, run, have fun... yung may nature feel. :)

and so i thought of having a theme that is connected to nature and to Cassie.

then, i saw “Wonderland.”

A wonderland is like nature too, and it could also mean ONEderland, since its Cassie’s 1ST Birthday. :) 

so with the help of Ms. Darlene of ROCK MY PARTY Events, they were able to help us bring to life what i have in mind. :)

I am honestly very thankful to Ms. Darlene because she helped us maximize our LIMITED budget for the Venue Set-up.

sympre gusto sana namin na maka-tipid, so I told Ms. darlene that its okay not to have huge styro designs, because we know that it is expensive. i suggested that even 2nd-hand styro designs is okay with us as long as we can get savings.

so, Ms. Darlene suggested to just use what she call the “elements” for the venue setup and remove all the huge backdrops to minimize the cost. :)

And with that, she was able to give us the Venue Setup for only PHP10,000 - including all the balloons and decors.

And as an appreciation to her kindness and patience (sa pagtatawad ko..hehehe) and to compensate the discounts we are asking, we told her that we would be getting all our party needs from her. :)

The Balloons are from ROCK MY PARTY.

I chose Pastel colors for the balloons and letter blocks because i want the venue to be colorful but light. yung magaan tignan. 

We also availed Magic and Bubble Show - to add more fun to the party :)

I asked Ms. darlene if she can give us the Balloon Twisting for FREE (since i saw from her pricelist na mejo mura sya), and she was kind enough to give it to us for FREE :)

Cassie’s Floral Cake was made by Ms. Jean De Guzman.

This 3-layer Cake only costs Php 4,500 plus delivery included.

I chose floral design kasi connected sya sa theme ni Cassie :)

I specially love the “Cassie is One” cake topper. :) 

Ms. Jean was very helpful and kind and accommodating... in all my questions, inquiries and suggestions about our cake design.

Mabait siya at reasonable mag-price ng cake. :)

Our Party Favors are Wooden Kiddie Stools designed with flowers, butterflies and bees - to complement with our theme :)

Gusto namin yung souvenir na cute and at the same time useful din.

Kaya i thought of this made-to-order Kiddie Stools.

NOTE: You need to place your orders a month before, kasi matagal sya gawin at madami din kasi silang tanggap na orders.

We requested to place them on the stage for an added design too :)

The Food Cart Packages - are designed according to your theme and are all affordable too. :)  -still from Rock My Party Events

Our PHOTO and VIDEO coverage - is from CLICK & FLASH which was reffered by Ms. Darlene. 

as well as our Photobooth - from CLICK & FLASH PHOTOBOOTH too.

Getting bundle packages is helpful to us in order to get more discounts.

Our PHOTO + VIDEO Coverage + PHOTOBOOTH Packages = are all in all a total of only PHP 10,000 only.

Our Venue was held at the Victoria Function Room of Bella Ibarra, located at the 3rd floor.

We chose Bella Ibarra because of the location, which was approximately close to our residence, as well as their good Kiddie Packages.

Also, the moment we entered their Victoria Room last April, we love the simplicity and beauty of the venue. 

Plus, i love that they have a swing and white couch that we can use for FREE during the event :)

Buffet Food was served by Ibarras Party Venues & Catering which according to our guests - was good :)

You know when you are the host, you cannot really enjoy your food ;)

Thank you so much to all the Bella Ibarra Team most esp to Ms. Anna for giving Cassie a memorable 1st Birthday celebration :)

I know there were some lapses because there is no perfect scenario, but it was overall good and wonderful and beautiful :)
