Famous Cast Words
Tumblr community! I am so excited to finally make this announcement: the work I have been doing here for the last 5+ years has culminated in an interview show I am writing and hosting, being produced by ALL ARTS, the new 24-hour arts platform brought to you by NY public media.
Inspired by CastAndLoose Living Room, #FamousCastWords will feature stars from the stage and screen discussing representation and inclusion issues facing the entertainment industry, blending the found-text comedy style of "Mean Tweets" with an earnest investigation into what's wrong, and what's changing, with The Biz.
In order to focus on this new chapter, I have decided to shut down the CastAndLoose project by the end of this week. Thank you all so, so much for submitting breakdowns, laughing with me, commiserating with me, coming to live shows, watching videos, reblogging, and engaging with this material in a critical and thoughtful way.
