UPDATE:

I've changed the joining rules a bit - you no longer have to follow my personal blog. I only put that on there because most other networks have it, but I couldn't really see a reason for it and it made me feel weird, so now, if you want to join, you only have to reblog the network post.

Artists Page Update:

Now that this network has a few members, I would ask any of you who may be gif/edit/graphic makers to fill out this super quick survey - it's very simple, one page, 3 questions. I just need to know who I should add to the artists page and this seems like the easiest way to do it.
