i’m pretty sure that’s not an incorrect usage though??? I’ve heard it more than once.
It's not, but it has to be in context to be understood that it's not referring to a furniture.
It's usable but not the best choice.
If you have to choose between a word that has many meanings in different situations and a word that means only what it means, which one would you choose?
