Casting Call info from Sept
A friend of mine who lives in MN has her daughter on a casting call list. Even though they're not that close to NYC, they often get sent listings for those jobs as well. Today she told me that POI put out casting calls during this last month for children, specifically boys age 5-12 with long hair, all ethnicities, nonspeaking background roles.
I am thinking this is for the episode Brotherhood, though she says it didn't give more info than that.
It's not gonna happen, but I did at first get a flash of either Samaritan deciding to raise up a bunch of baby assets or Sherlockesque Baker Street Irregulars (for our Irrelevants!) for our tunnel rats as helpers.
I also got this flash of dirty face urchins stuffed in the subway car, clutching a teddy bear, biting at Shaw, staring google eyed at Reese who is making funny faces trying to amuse them, while Finch rubs the bridge of his nose with one hand holding his glasses in the other. Root ranting to thin air "No, no, no, this is really the wrong job for me! Do I look like child custodial material?!" And the whole room as one goes: NO!
And then Fusco wanders in, they all turn to look at him. "What? What's with all the kids? You guys setting up a daycare? Why are you staring at me?"
