Guess who’s finally rereading Casting Rain. It’s been so long that I don’t remember much aside from the damn near paralyzing anxiety some of those scenes had lmao- you know a fic is good when it Literally Traumatizes You. Here’s a quick doodle of Casting Rain Grillby before I continue reading- I’m expecting to ugly sob multiple times 👍

Maybe it’s silly, but Casting Rain holds a special place in my heart, being the fic that got me super into Undertale, into Grillby/Gaster, the wartime ideas, and honestly sparked most of the creativity I have now. Galzra and his general story was originally based heavily around Casting Rain’s ideas (and somewhat still is, but it’s got it’s differences now). I don’t think he’d exist if I hadn’t read Casting Rain, so uh, thanks lol
