I used this my black pot yesterday, washed it and I forgot to season it. I wanted to use it today and saw it was so rusty. I like cast iron pots / cookware. They are excellent heat conductors and ideal for cooking. I actually do prefer enamel cast iron over the traditional cast iron. I find the constant re- seasoning of this my traditional matt black pot frustrating. All that stress for one pot.
