After three days in the wilderness, pressing through bushes, tufts and tangled trees, the ruined castle rises before you, perched on a cliff, like the abandoned nest of a giant eagle. How long has it stood there, abandoned? Or does it still serve a neglectful master? The wind grows colder and you shudder at the thought of who or what might still reside there. But it is just an idea..a feverish thought brought on by your long journey. Surely it would be safe to seek shelter there from the cold.
