JIMENA - "Milo Esteban! Listen very carefully. I know that change can be upsetting, but many times in our lives it is not always about you. It's about family. It's about being happy and living life to the fullest. Sharing a room is a very small price to pay to see you father happy. You can make this sacrifice for him, as can I. He has made many for us. And about this little Rosa, you just need to shower her with kindness. She'll come around in time."

Milo had nothing more to argue about and got out of his chair and went to give his dad a huge hug.

MILO - "Dad, you do what you feel is right. It always works out for the best for all of us. And Gigi, Rosa isn't like most people. Just so you know."

That afternoon like every afternoon, Poppy got home right about the same time the twins did, and she greeted them at the door.

ROSA- Mama, someone is here to see you.

POPPY - Oh, Clay?? Okay kids go on inside I will be there in a minute.

POPPY - Clay, what are you doing here?

CLAY - You didn’t give me an answer about tomorrow evening. 

POPPY- “I will give you an answer later, Okay? I need to see how things are here at home before I go out of town. Now go, Marco will be home anytime.

CLAY - I will wait for your call then.

DARYL- “This evening, we have come to unite Marco Rafael Castro with his beautiful fiancé, Penelope Elizabeth Hiler, in marriage.” then with a whisper he says to Marco and Poppy..   

“Hey guys... can we get going, you have the rest of your lives to stare at one another!!”

The little ones blended quite effortlessly within our tight knit family. My mothers were happier than I could ever recall, and Poppy was enthralled with our beautiful children.

They seem to grow up so fast! (Mainly because I do not like the infant stage!!)

This concludes this Rotation of THE CASTROS. They will return soon with new escapades with the twins. Until then here are the rules that I will be following for the Legacy regarding choosing an heir.

Rafe: Child Prodigy / Genius / Bookworm

Rosa: Music Prodigy / Creative / Outgoing

When the child ages to teen, sexual orientation and traits will be randomly chosen.

RULES FOR CHOOSING HEIR:

Equality: The Founder may be of either gender. Both boys and girls are eligible for the title of heir.

Living Will: The eligible child with the highest friendly relationship score at YA with their previous-generation’s parent/heir will be named heir.  

Not sure what is coming next with my postings. Return to the HS Rotation? Maybe Ace & Beck? Not sure right now, so taking a small break from posting until I decide which way to go.

A few days after the wedding, I received a somewhat erratic call from mother.

NACHA- “Marco, we need you to meet us in Oasis Springs.”

MARCO- “We are leaving in the morning mother, for our honeymoon.”

NACHA- That is going to have to wait. I got a call from your grandfather’s attorney, and he needs us both to meet him in Oasis Springs. Do you think you can get here tomorrow?”

MARCO- “Mom, we are leaving for Sulani... Grandfather had an attorney!?”

NACHA- “Marco, that needs to wait. Apparently, your grandfather had a lot of things we never knew anything about, like this house for one. But if it wasn’t important Mr. Adler would not have contacted me. He said it is imperative that we came as soon as we can. He gave me an address where to meet him. Lucile and I can drive down to your place tonight and we can all go in first thing in the morning.”

MARCO- “Okay, but I need to make some phone calls and cancel our trip. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund for everything. This had better be important.”

NACHA- “Don’t be silly. You guys should have waited anyway. Poppy is in no shape to really enjoy a honeymoon. We will be there in about 2 hours.”

I cancelled our trip. Poppy was not as upset as I thought she would be. She even said that Mother was right, she probably would not have enjoyed it. We will go after the baby is born.

Rafe came first and then without notice, or expecting it, the doctor said there were two!! Poppy pushed once more, and then came Rosa. Needless to say, this was just the start of our daughter bringing the unexpected!

Poppy and the babies were all fine. And now we were parents. OF TWINS! I never imagined in my wildest dreams.

Soon the party was over and everyone began to say their goodbyes. Poppy and I finished off our engagement party with a passionate kiss.

POPPY- “Now, lets go home and really celebrate!”

MARCO- “Your wish is my command, my beautiful fiancé ! ”

“THE DAY”, had finally arrived!

We chose to have an evening wedding, under the stars.

My mothers, Poppy’s mother, my father and brother and of course Daryl and Tat were all in attendance.

TATSUO- Congrats, Marco. Don’t be nervous.”

MARCO- “I’m not nervous. Are you nervous?”

DARYL- “I certainly am nervous!! I hope I just get your names correct!!”

When I saw her walking up the aisle, she took my breath away. In that moment, I most certainly was the happiest I had ever been in my life.
