(also, as an aside, i just started reading svsss this week and am nearly done, and i mostly blame you and one other tumblr user for putting it on my dash before i knew what it was lol)

You know what? We've been mutuals for a decade, it's only fair that I inflict some deranged series on you. I'm so glad to have swayed your choice to read svsss, keep me updated if the brainworms hit.

BingBingBing is a fic that is probably going to come up after I've written the next two fics on my docket, but it's gone through a few outlines since I received the prompt for it! Currently, the premise is that SQQ gets reverse-transmigrated and disappears; Luo Binghe has previously woven their souls together and uses this bond to re-constitute Bingzu (if you don't know him yet--ah. spoilers). In order to actually reach SQQ, however, they need Bingge's Xin Mo.

And then they all have to dual-cultivate.

For plot reasons.

i'm one of those people! i love DR, I love all the remnants of despair in particular. sure its not the Most Perfect Fiction In Existence, but it was life changing and i wouldn't change anything

ok, so now tumblr’s just not showing me when people reply to my posts, so I managed to miss this completely... I love me a functioning website. But I wholeheartedly agree, DR was pretty life-changing for me too! It’s one of the biggest and dearest fandoms I’ve ever been in, which is why it’s so sad to me when people act so toxic and bash everything about it. Obviously it’s not perfect, but it’s pretty freaking good in a lot of ways, and since when was literally any game or series or book or whatever perfect anyway? Like, everything’s flawed, let’s get you people some hobbies. 

I have to out myself as a fake DR fan (lol) as I never played Ultra Despair Girls, so sadly I only know very little of Warriors of Hope, and even what I can remember of the sdr2 kids as Remnants is kind of limited. I did watch UDG gameplay for a couple hours and I’ve watched dr3 so I have vague knowledge... and I am planning on replaying all the main games and playing UDG at some point. I really wanna revisit the earlier games soon and remind myself what made me love the series in the first place, going back to old (well, kind of) hyperfixations is always nice! 

Anyway, if you (or anyone else) ever want to talk about stupid DR stuff with me then for the love of god, please hmu on tumblr messenger or ask for my discord! (I’ll share it with basically anyone, no need to be shy, I just don’t want to put it here for spambots to find). I love talking about fics and ships and headcanons and AUs, even though I try to keep my dash spam-free so I don’t do personal posts super often, and I’d love to make friends with some of my followers/mutuals<3

ughhhh that’s what I thought too OTL, it looks Very pleated on her splash art but her gallery art and sprites are so Vague my brain was just like........now theres an easy way out babe

thank you so much! In the past, I’ve gotten comments from my proofreader like “isn’t this too literal? it doesn’t sound natural”, so right now, I’m trying to write it so that the meaning comes across but the text also flows better... I’m worried I’m cutting too many corners doing it, but it’s not like I’m pretending to be a professional, so as long as I keep learning, I suppose it’s fine for now^^;

the first one is the easiest to read at a glance, but has the cliche book title font, so i vote 3

That’s two votes for 3! I might try a different font for 1, too.

lol yeah i know ppl like that too, but we talk about it rarely enough so it doest happen too often. i’m sorry you have to put up with that though!
