“So, I’ve established that a good portion of these pillows, a chair, and two bars of soap are edible.” Candy camouflage has proven quite the surprise in the amount of eatable items ( and the inedible, which were plentiful and equally hard ). It’s become something of a challenge between those wandering around the store to bite any and everything, all to see what was lurking underneath. Besides, who in their right mind would turn down the chance at free sweets? Certainly not him.
“These forks,” adds Richard rather quickly as he lifts the bent cutlery, “are sadly not. Alas! How goes things on your end? Chewed through the walls yet? If we’re lucky, perhaps the timber will be made of cinnamon.”
