Detroit Michigan 10/23/14 First off Detroit is like no other city we have ever seen. It's kind of amazing to see the projects that have been accomplished in a city that has been absolutely destroyed by capitalism. There is a real sense of community there. Words can't really describe it. This was our last show with our friend Catfish Steve. He has been great and we will miss hearing his songs. We also played with The Gator and Cat Midway who were both very nice and beautiful female solo songwriters. We played at The Trumbullplex which is an awesome collectively run venue that is really doing its part to smash patriarchy in the punk scene. The history of the space and the collective is absolutely inspiring. Thanks Andrew for putting us up at his home and feeding us. Detroit you are amazing. May your light never burn out.
