When I posted this, I didn’t know cat treadmills existed: it turns out there are several designs including the Macclaw...

...the One Fast Cat...

...and the one from the original post, a GoCat or maybe Catswall...

Three extra things to do with cat wheels: (1) Put Stargate symbols on its edge and base; (2) put Wheel of Fortune-type stickers on its edge (book to read, show to watch, cuisine to eat, restaurant to visit) and a pointer on its base; (3) Install a dynamo connected to a phone or pad charger.

Although cats being cats, none of this might work...
