Autumn in Scadrial
Can you guys imagine that first autumn on Scadrial after the Catacendre? They had never seen green plants and flowers prior, and were stunned by that. But can you imagine the look on their faces and the awe in their hearts when they saw the leaves turn from green into shades of yellow, orange, red, and purple? I imagine the reaction would be similar to the videos of colorblind people trying on those corrective glasses.
On the other hand, I bet there would be a mass panic when the leaves start falling off, thinkin’ Oh rusts did we do something wrong what’s happening to the trees did we kill them all we’re sorry harmony plz don’t kill us we didn’t mean to we know you worked very hard- cuz they don’t know how trees work!
